Support us in creating a powerful documentary on the transgenerational transmission of collective traumas, such as the Shoah.
Primo Levi once said, “It has happened and therefore it can happen again", capturing the lingering impact of past atrocities, whose emotional and psychological traces still unconsciously shape families across generations.
As the last survivors of the Shoah pass away, the work of our non-profit organization “ME Passerelles” is dedicated to help interrupting repetitive cycles of racism, nationalism and violence. ME Passerelles was founded in 2021 in Geneva, following the work of the worldwide renowned psychotherapist Yaacov Naor (who passed away in 2018). Using Psychodrama, Art-therapy and ceremonial work, we facilitate encounters between descendants of victims and perpetrators to address inherited trauma and collective guilt, without expecting forgiveness or reconciliation.
We are in the final stages of producing a documentary film about our annual encounter seminars in Krakow and at Auschwitz, the very site of the horrors committed by the Nazis. The stories we’ve captured for our film unveil meaningful human voices that deserve to be heard. To bring this vision to life, we need your help.
Please help us with your donation to realise the post-production and the distribution — editing, sound, color, and everything that transforms footage into an impactful film that can reach hearts and minds around the world.
