Hello, my name is Maryam Rahmani, and I am raising funds for the beloved Dr. Anas.

You may already know Dr. Anas from his Instagram account (@anas.ibrahem1), where he shares footage from his day to day life working from Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah, Gaza Strip.

Not only does Dr. Anas provide life-saving medical services and surgeries to critically injured men, women, children, and elderly patients from within Al-Aqsa Hospital- he recently traveled to Egypt for a day to provide a critical surgery on a young boy in need of a bullet removed from his chest, returning to Gaza the same day, to continue providing his direly needed medical services.

Dr. Anas is one example of a hero who never asked to be a hero. While Dr. Anas spends his precious time and energy caring for dozens of injured Gazans every single day, it is time for the world to now help him. The situation in Gaza has never been more dire. Doctors and medical staff are working without pay- they are volunteering their time to help the people most in need during this nightmare, while still worried about obtaining food, drink, and other needed items for themselves.

Inflation is at an all-time high in Gaza, making food, drink, and all other necessities even less attainable, if they are available at all. We must stand together to support this beloved doctor, so he may focus on providing much needed medical care to the people of Gaza. Any donations, shares of this campaign, and prayers are most certainly noticed and appreciated by myself, and by dear Dr. Anas.
