Taking a huge step in securing a stable future home to grow old in... I am a disabled veteran but the houses where I am looking are too old and the VA doesn't approve fixer uppers.... so I will be taking out a conventional loan to buy a house.... but now will have extra costs like closing costs, down payment, moving expense, etc....being on a fixed income I am doing everything to save for those things. I've been doing the work to achieve what I need in this life and now need a little help getting there..

I've been living a semi nomadic life and am starting to understand I won't be able to do it much longer..... I instead need to allow myself security for my future.... So this fall I am relocating to WV and purchasing my first home... Any help is very much appreciated and is humbly received with indescribable gratitude...
