Support a Disabled Parent's Medical Necessities

Greetings. I am starting this GoFundMe to do a few things. I am newly disabled since 2022, and I am still struggling with this new way of life. I have had a few insurance changes since losing my job three years ago due to my disability. I am supporting a family of three on a monthly disability check.

I am trying to have a prosthetic leg made, and the out-of-pocket and deductible is impossible to cover with my situation. I depend on my electric wheelchair every day, as many of you might know. I have a manual wheelchair, but with this end-stage COPD, heart failure, and renal failure, I get winded easily using it all the time. I can only use it when leaving the house for dialysis or doctor's appointments, so I rely on an electric wheelchair that was given to me years ago. The chair will not charge fully and loses power faster every day. I need to replace the rechargeable batteries in the chair ASAP, and again, with this situation, it's not possible. I hate to ask for help or be a charity case, but I need help. I'm starting this to meet my deductible to have a prosthetic made and new batteries for the chair.
