Support a Disabled Family After Tragic Loss

Donation protected
This is a family of four which consists of a sister with her husband and two brothers, all of whom are disabled. I have seen this family go through struggles on a daily basis to the point where they've had to make the hard decision on what gets purchased and paid for, sometimes on a daily or monthly basis, whether it be food, shelter, heating, or medication assistance. They struggled prior to Pete's passing, and now without his income, the struggles are going to be harder and the impact severe. Peter was the older brother; he would handle the majority of the financial aspects of demands in their home with his disability pay. Now, I am extremely concerned about the remaining three. With Peter's passing, I sat and watched the emotions, the questions, and the panic about putting the funds together for his funeral. I listened and watched how they could find the cheapest, most inexpensive way to address this tragic issue. Peter was on dialysis the day he passed; he had just gotten off dialysis and a ride home. While he was walking across the yard, he felt dizzy and passed out in front of the sister and the other brother. The sister immediately started CPR while EMTs were being notified. Upon arrival, the emergency team was unable to revive Peter. Not only is his family at a loss for a brother, but they're now at a loss for a caretaker. As a friend, this brings strong concern to myself. I'd like to try to help my friends, who have become my family, as best as possible. So with this, I say, I am reaching out to the general public to help me help a family in a time of need during a tragic and sensitive situation. They need time to focus on mourning and themselves at this point in time, as they lost their mother not too far back. I spoke with Peter some time back and made a promise to him that I would watch over his family and help in any way possible. I'm reaching out for assistance for our family in dire need. With strong concerns, if we're unable to reach a goal for what they call a simple cremation, it fears me to think what will happen with Peter's remains. At this point in time, they are just unable to collect the funds. It would mean for them to go without even further, as they already do on a monthly basis. So I am asking with an open heart, any donations would be gladly appreciated and respectfully make it possible for his family to give Peter a proper closure. I want to give this family one less thing to worry about at this point in time when they're in mourning over the loss of a brother. When one suffers, they all suffer, and it breaks my heart to see the worry and the stress that they are going through at this time. They don't have time to grieve because they're in fear of what they're going to do to properly take care of Peter's remains. So again, any donations would be deeply appreciated. Please pass this around to your family and friends along with coworkers and know that it's going to a family in struggles. This is a family that started out as friends and probably I can say are now family.
