Honoring My Dad’s Memory

I never thought I’d have to write this, and my heart is completely shattered. My father passed away suddenly, leaving a hole in my life that can never be filled. He was a man who struggled but never stopped trying, who had his demons but also had the biggest heart. He made people laugh, lent a hand whenever he could, and taught me to find beauty in the small moments—like looking up at the stars when life felt heavy.

Losing him is painful enough, but now I’m faced with the heartbreaking reality that I don’t have the funds to give him the farewell he deserves. I want to honor him with a proper cremation and a small memorial to celebrate his life, but the costs are overwhelming. If you can find it in your heart to help, any amount would mean the world to me and my family. More than anything, I just want to give my dad the dignity and peace he deserves.
