Hello, I'm in need of some money to pay a court fine. I'm not going to sugarcoat this.

I am a DAV (Disabled American Veteran). The city saw that my backyard was in disarray.

They gave me 14 days to take care of this. I had little help to get it cleaned up to their expectations. Because it wasn't done in these 14 days, they are giving me a $1,200 fine plus court cost.

My son, daughter and sister have tried diligently to do our best to get this cleaned up. Through all this hard work we have put in I still haven't pleased the city and thus have to pay court fees, the fine and go to court. I went to court and got a 30 day extention to finish cleaning up other items that were not cleary explained to me. Like a fallen oak tree for example and other minor stuff. On top of this they raised the fine and fees. Plus in 30 days if they are not still satisified they still could raise it higher.
