Hello! We're a young couple trying to get things in order. My wife had a major medical procedure that we're trying to recover from, and now have been a target of vandalism. With a ransom note; Our new car got shot up and totaled at 5am on a work day for us. We live in a quiet neighborhood, we have no known enemies . We are struggling to make ends meet.
