Support a Composer's Dream: Help Attend Institute

Four years ago I decided composing music was something I needed to pursue. My first year in I composed my first vocal piece and was like "Hey, I'm not terrible at this.". A year later I got the opportunity to compose my first choir piece. That moment changed EVERYTHING for me. Fast forward a year and because of that piece I won an award for outstanding scholarship, was given a research grant to compose three more choral works using more of my uncles poetry and got accepted into the International Choral Composers Institute which is why I am creating this. I get the amazing opportunity to go work with some of the top choral composers and lyricists in the industry for a week in July. I know going is the right thing and will be such an awesome opportunity, but I can't do it on my own. Any little help to get me there is appreciated more than you know. I hate asking for help, but I have to accept that this cannot be done without an amazing community behind me. I love you guys <3
