Hello, I'm a disabled American who was lucky enough to inherit a house.

I am unlucky enough that the place was built in the '30s, and the plumbing here is so ancient as to be unsavable.

I had a plumber come give a quote, and if they touch it, I have to replace the entire system, which is gonna run $25k plus.

Every cent of this is going for house repair and a plumbers bill, this needs a professional.

My house has a pool where it isn't meant to have one.

I have zero other resources. I can't just sell this place and afford an apartment. I'm stuck here.

If y'all could please help a family out, and several folks who in this modern climate REALLY cannot be displaced safely.

This getting funded would save about 4 families in one go.
