Support a Community Builder Facing Eviction

I have always been a giver, so this is very difficult for me, but my family's stability is at risk and I need your help to reestablish the safety of home.
Last year this time, I was heading into my second season as a landscaping small business owner. Then I discovered my life partner of a decade was leaving us: leaving me with a child, a business in its infancy, no savings, and all the bills we had paid together.
Things were alright until December when all of my money was gone. I couldn't find winter work and still can't, and have not paid my rent or electric bill these 3 months.
My landlord dismantled my hot water tank and ignored my heating system's malfunction for weeks around the new year, trying to push me out of the place we've lived for 7 years.
This place is not just a home. I have built a vital community resource - built a community itself, really - with my educational gardens and a free farm stand for neighbors experiencing food insecurity. Everything I hold dear is connected to this space: people I care about, the sharing I've been able to do, all of my landscaping plant stock, and the comfort of living somewhere for so long.
Today I was served with a demand for $6500 back rent by late April or face eviction.
