Hi,

I am chronically ill spoonie who has been on leave from work since September 24th 2024 due to these illnesses. I have been living off my savings, as short term disability has run out at work. I am currently waiting on an SSDI hearing, that was filed on Feb 20th and dont have a hearing date yet.

Since I am technically still on leave from work and not terminated, I do not qualify for government assistance. Nor can I take out my 401k. Which are the only options I can think of at this point. I've used my credit cards hoping I can have access to this soon.

I only have petty cash in my banking. I do have great support around me, but I can't keep relying on them for their funds aren't limited either.

Some conditions I have are Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, cervical Spine arthritis with a fusion already, had surgically removed endometriosis, Sjogrens Syndrom, delayed gastric emptying, trigeminal neuralgia, autism and PTSD. The combination of all these disorders disables me from performing daily tasks, let alone try to even have a part time job.

Keeping up with my health financially is a struggle of its own, along with regular bills, car payment, cell phone payment etc. My car also needs to be inspected. I have had to make some hard choices financially already.
