I recently moved in with my dad, but was only told cats were not allowed a month after I had been there. A family member took in my cat but my cat isnt kept indoors anymore.

I want to save up money so I can build him a nice outdoor place that will connect to my window so he can be at least in my room and outside. I need money to get him neutered as well. Please help me save up money for materials to build this for him, I'm really worried for him being outside, as you can see from the first picture, he isn’t in the best condition. Please help me.
