Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I’m reaching out to you today to ask for your help in supporting my best friend, Cassidy Waller, who is currently facing an incredibly challenging health battle. Recently, Cassidy was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) after an unexpected medical scare. After seeking care for temporary vision loss in her right eye, doctors discovered a lesion on her right frontal lobe.

This diagnosis has been a heavy blow, not only because of the uncertainty and symptoms she faces but also because of the limitations it has placed on her ability to work and maintain her usual routine. Despite her diagnosis, Cassidy remains one of the most caring, determined, and hardworking people I know. She works at a memory care facility, providing comfort and care to those in need, and has always aspired to become a nurse. Even while dealing with her own health challenges, she continues to study in pursuit of that dream.

Currently, she is unable to work due to her condition and is relying on FMLA (Family Medical Leave) while undergoing multiple MRIs, medical treatments, and the uncertainty of what comes next. She’s also doing everything she can to help her sister cover rent, which adds to the financial strain during this difficult time.

I’ve set up this GoFundMe to help ease some of the financial burdens she is facing.
