Hi, I’m Allen Caruso — owner of Thorn + Roots — and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your help.

One of our valued team members is going through an unimaginable crisis. Her partner has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer that has spread into his bones and lungs. He is unable to work, and they rely solely on her income to support their family — which includes their adult child who is on the autism spectrum.

Despite her incredible strength and dedication, the mounting medical bills, daily cost of living, and caregiving responsibilities have pushed them beyond the brink. Most recently, they’ve found themselves without a home.

They are part of our Thorn + Roots family — and we’re rallying together to give them a lifeline during this devastating time. Every dollar raised will go toward covering basic living expenses, medical costs, and helping them get back into stable housing.
