Support a Business Owner Facing Eviction

Been in business 22 years. My landlord tried to evict me and locked me out. Court overturned ruling and let me back in June 28th. Trying to raise income lost from two weeks of store closed and three weeks of potential internet inventory sales cut off. Now the judge granted the landlord being able to raise the rent to $2500 August 2024 because he decided I'm month to month so besides back rent may thru July 2025 I'm liable for and additional $400 from August 2024 to July 2025 according to courts. I found a new location and this now puts a strain on me to raise lost capital pay back rent and relocate.
