My brother Jose Esponda (Chatio) has always been the silent pillar of our family. He sacrificed his dreams to care for our mother and keep our home together. His life has been one of quiet dedication and unconditional love.

Today, he faces a heartbreaking diagnosis—dementia caused by diabetes—and has recently suffered a stroke. He urgently needs medical care and medication that I cannot afford on my own.
