- Hi, I just went through kidney cancer and they had to remove half of my kidney. Then I had replacement shoulder surgery, and now I’m having to see a liver specialist. My liver is close to stage four. I have a sleep study set up for Friday. I have to pay $300, which I don’t have. Then I have to go see a bariatric surgeon to try to save my liver next month. I know there’s been a lot of extra medical expenses. I live in Fort Worth, but I will have to travel to Granbury. I am disabled and live off a monthly income of $1200, and I know there’s no way I’m gonna be able to do this without help. I’m ashamed to have to ask, but I’m reaching out to family, friends, and strangers. I’m hoping you can help me get through this terrifying point in my life.
