Help Live Well Be Well Integrative Massage and Wellness Rebuild After Falkanhan’s Hardware Fire
For 13 years, Live Well Be Well has been a trusted part of the Hampden community. Owned and operated by Jonathan Hancock, the business first called 36th Street home and later moved to 34th St, attached to Falkenhan’s Hardware—where many of you have come to know Jon not just as a massage therapist, but as a friend.
Recently, a fire severely damaged the building, and his studio is unusable. Rebuilding is expected to take at least a year, forcing an unexpected and immediate closure of Jon’s long-time studio.
As a result, Jonathan is facing the loss of his workspace, equipment, and income. In the meantime, he will need to:
• Secure a new studio location
• Replace essential supplies, including massage tables, linens, heating pads, lotion, and other equipment
• Cover relocation expenses
• Manage the loss of income during this transition
My name is Rose and Jonathan is my fiancé. I’m organizing this fundraiser to help support Jonathan as he works to rebuild and continue the work he’s done for this community for over a decade.
Many of you know Jonathan personally—as a healer, a small business owner, and a steady presence in Hampden. Let’s come together to support him during this incredibly difficult time.
If you’re able, please consider donating, sharing this fundraiser, or scheduling a massage appointment for the new year in 2026. Every bit of support helps and is deeply appreciated.
Thank you for showing up for a local small business and someone who has given so much to our community.
