On Tuesday 2024 September as I was heading home to my wife and kids I was struck by an 18 wheeler tractor trailer. I don't remember how I got myself out of my totalled vehicle but I managed to climb out thru my window and And call my wife in my delirium after that I passed out. I was rushed to the hospital directly into the trauma unit For thirty six hours and then transfer to the ICU for another four days with broken ribs and kidneys in shock

I'm a survivor of a massive heart attack years ago and I have a defibrillator in my chest and on 22 medications I take daily. I am the head of my household and my family depends on my income.

.Why or what you need it for

I am a barber by trade so my income is customer based. I have a 6-8:week recovery with no income and vehicle. I'm not asking for a handout but help for me and my family.
