My name is Jaxson Ochoa, and I am a current 6th grader. I currently maintain a 4.0 GPA, participate in youth baseball and football, and was recently honored with the Principal’s Honor Roll for five consecutive academic quarters.

I am excited to share that I have been nominated and accepted to represent my school and my community at the Envision STEM/Leadership Program at the University of California San Diego in La Jolla. Through this program, I will join motivated students from across the country in an immersive leadership and career exploration experience. This opportunity will allow me to learn from respected professionals in STEM fields while building relationships with students who may one day become my future colleagues.

Attending this program will help me continue pursuing my passion for science and technology while gaining valuable leadership experience.
