Support Franco's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
July 26, 2024 is a day that will forever be embedded in my heart as I received a phone call of it being my son in the horrific motorcycle accident on Route 30. An SUV had pulled out of Janoski's Farm colliding with my son while on his motorcycle . Franco was thrown from his motorcycle and then life flighted to UPMC Presby in Pittsburgh. It was like a nightmare replaying all over again after just losing my one and only daughter 4 years ago. Franco's life will be forever changed, leaving him with severe injuries, multiple surgeries to stabilize his condition and the road to recovery will be several months to years. Franco is a Father, Son, Brother, Uncle, God Father and Friend to so many that love him. His daughter, Zoey, is his world and his nephew Wyatt is his best friend. His family means everything to him, the devastation and heartbreak of losing his Father in 2009, then his little sister in 2020 and recently the passing of his Grandfather, Franco continued to remain strong for me because I needed it more than ever! He is an employee of Pepsi for over 15 years, a job he loves that also became his family. I want to thank the people at the scene that held my sons hand through it all and that kept me informed of his condition, the wonderful nurses and Dr's of UPMC Presby of Pittsburgh that is giving their all and trying their best to keep my son comfortable and alive. If you are unable to donate please continue to pray. Thank you to everyone that has reached out to me and my family. Please continue to pray for my Franco! If you do not feel comfortable donating on this site please reach out on Facebook through direct message to his Aunt Donna Wood, his brother Neil Amicone or Carrie Ann.
