I’m Kara, the owner of Flavor 360, a neighborhood café and market where we have been proudly serving Maplewood and the St. Louis community for the past 10 years. We’re a woman owned and operated, scratch made kitchen devoted to supporting local farmers and producers, practicing sustainability, and feeding our customers with love. We welcome everyone who walks into our kitchen and let our passion shine through the food we create. Every meal we serve from our kitchen and every item bought in our market is crafted in-house. From our signature hand pie dough, to seasonal salads and sandwiches, from breads and desserts to condiments, we make it all ourselves.

We survived COVID, then a devasting kitchen fire, but now, like many small businesses, we’re being hit by rising costs and unexpected expenses. All around town, restaurants and farmers are struggling to keep up with rising costs and many are having to close their doors. We believe in paying our team a living wage and work hard to source as many of our ingredients locally in order to support our farmers who have been hit hard with immigration changes and tough weather. As a small team with three employees, every setback hits hard. We’ve stretched every dollar, but we need help from our community so we can continue to serve our neighbors with handcrafted food and remain a part of the vibrant food culture of Maplewood and the wider St. Louis region.
