Support for Our Sweet 5-Year-Old Warrior

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my 5-year-old nephew, Adonis. He’s currently in the hospital battling an extremely painful and severe autoimmune reaction that has taken over his entire body. His skin has become scaled and inflamed, and at one point, the swelling around his eyes was so bad he couldn't even open them. It’s heartbreaking to see such a joyful, sweet little boy in so much pain.

This all came on suddenly, and doctors are still working to understand what exactly is happening and how best to treat it. He has good days and bad days—but just when things seem to be improving, his condition takes a turn. Watching him suffer like this is something no child or family should ever have to go through.

Adonis is still in the hospital and there’s no clear end in sight. The cost of his ongoing care is quickly adding up—specialist visits, tests, treatments, medications, and the unknowns still ahead. We’re doing everything we can to support him, but we could really use your help.
