Support "5 to Infinity" on Their Journey to DI Globals

Introducing Team "5 to Infinity," a remarkable group of junior high students from Katy, who are poised to represent their community and Texas at the prestigious Destination Imagination Global Finals. This world-renowned event, celebrating the brightest young minds in creativity, takes place in Kansas City from May 22nd through May 25th, 2024.

Team "5 to Infinity" consists of dedicated students who have been working together 3 years since the sixth grade, united by a shared goal of reaching the Global Finals. Year after year, they've honed their problem-solving skills, and this year, their innovative solution to The Challenge Experience which has earned them a spot on the global stage! The Challenge Experience is DI's flagship program for pre-K, K-12 and university students. Teams develop solutions to project-based STEAM challenges and then present their solutions live at tournaments. 5 To Infinity have been working hard since September and have made it through regionals and state with all their hard work together this year.

Funding Needs:

Registration alone for DI Globals is $5500. Thanks to the generous support of local organizations, a significant portion of our initial expenses has been covered. However, we are still in need of $3,400 to fully fund our registration, cost to ship props, travel, and accommodation costs for the event.
