Guided by the mission to spread love and stand alongside exceptional souls, the HCMC Child Welfare Association center was established 48 years ago. Through years of facing hardships—yet persevering with unwavering patience—it has strived toward its ultimate goal: to provide aid to children with autism and disabilities.
