Support 3 young children who have lost their Mum

Hi everyone I am Kellie I am a Zumba instructor in the Burton Latimer, Kettering and Wellingborough area.

I will be hosting a Zumbathon in loving memory of the beautiful loving Karina Kok all money taken will be donated to Karina’s 3 small children.

Zumbathon is 3 hour Zumba class with myself and two other Zumba instructors teaching cardio and Latin-inspired dance high intensity and low intensity. Please donate or come along to Zumbathon on the 9th of December at 11:15 am 4pm

at the burton Latimer community centre. To purchase tickets please message on the events page or Facebook. Tickets will be £20. There will a raffle with some lovely prizes donated by local businesses that you will be able to purchase on the day. There will be tea, coffee and cake to be served after the Zumbathon and the raffle winners will be announced. Every penny made will be donated to the 3 children to give them the best possible Christmas.

I am trying to raise as much money as possible to help support 3 young beautiful child who have lost their Mummy at such a young age. There Mummy unfortunately lost her battle to cervical cancer this year.

Please read below Karina’s story in the words of her loved ones. ❤️

Karina, a beautiful young mum of three amazing kids, was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2019. Unfortunately, after going through chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment back in 2019, she was told her cancer had returned and spread throughout her body, which she was informed her cancer was now terminal in 2022. Karina never gave up fighting her illness, she did everything she could to keep going for her three young children, Theo, Bexley and Kyran. Unfortunately, Karina’s illness took over her body and she sadly passed away in October 2023 after a long battle.

Karina was the best Mother she could be to her children and she would never let anything get in the way of loving and caring for them. There was nothing more important to Karina then ensuring her children were happy and safe and her memory will truly live on through these three children.

Her family and friends could not be any prouder of Karina and how she handled her illness, she took everything with ease and continuously had a smile on her face despite everything she was going through. She was the most caring person and she leaves a massive gap in all our lives.
