Hi Everyone,

Today we received a call asking if we could help a 12-week-old Pug puppy who has a liver shunt and is currently in a shelter. We all know that when a puppy with a serious medical condition ends up in a shelter, it often means they may never get the specialized treatment they need or the quiet, loving environment required to heal and thrive.

So, of course, we said yes.

Later this week, we'll be bringing this tiny little soul to 2nd Chance 4 Life Rescue, and his first appointment with the surgeon is already scheduled for Tuesday, June 30th at 1:00 p.m.

The estimated cost for his life-saving liver shunt surgery is between $8,000 and $10,000.

2nd Chance 4 Life Rescue has never been about taking the easy cases. We have always believed in giving hope to the ones who have the least chance without us. Every life matters, no matter how big the challenge.

Please join us in welcoming our newest little boy. If you are able to help with his medical expenses, no donation is too small. Every dollar brings him one step closer to the healthy future he deserves.

Care is expensive, but miracles happen every day because of the incredible dedication of our volunteers and the compassion of supporters like you.

Thank you for believing in second chances.
