Recently I’ve developed contacts in the medical supply space to identify key contents that are low profile yet effective for emergency lifesaving applications to be used in trauma kits (IFAKS). A friend recently suggested that I use these contacts along with my professional experience to assist those responding to the Ukraine crisis. All money raised will go towards the purchase of medical supplies to include tourniquets, hemostatic gauze, chest seals, and emergency trauma dressings. I will assemble and vacuum seal the kits to then be distributed to organizations staging supplies or directly hand-carried by individuals I know that will be responding to assist on the ground. I am not a doctor or medical professional but do want medical supplies to be readily available for self-aid or to be used on civilians injured in the conflict. I am trying to resolve the uncertainty that responders have as to what supplies and protective equipment will be available upon their arrival to Ukraine.

HAQ's (Hypothetically Asked Questions)
Q: Who can donate?
A: You/Anyone
Q: Who maybe/should donate?
A: People who are loud about political topics on their social media stories or have changed their profile picture to a flag but have done nothing else meaningful to make a difference.
Q: What if I disagree with the high quality items you selected for the medical kits you are sending?
A: Consider crowdfunding your own low-budget kits and volunteering to assemble and send them overseas.
Q: What if I have strong opinions against what you are trying to do?
A: Let the outrage flow through your body, take a deep breath and then resume the rest of your day quietly.
Q: How else can I donate or are there better organizations?
A: There are probably great organizations out there so please do some research on that topic. (I've heard of Ukrainian Airbnb and ETSY being an option along with Project Dynamo but with so many options individuals should do their homework.)
