Superwomom

On Sunday, November 23, 2014, Andrea Sterling, 46, was involved in a Hit-and-Run Accident. She was hit on her favorite scooter by a large unknown black truck, and left on the curb by the driver for death. She remains in critical condition at a local hospital. She is not only a single mother of two, but a mother of a disabled minor suffering from ADHD and Learning Disability; Mikala Sterling, 17! Andrea Sterling has suffered from 3 broken ribs and internal bleeding; which led to the removal of her spleen and half of her pancreas. With 5 major surgeries repairing the main artery, liver, femur bone, and hip (replacement). She also suffers from a fractured right knee and ruptured left knee (all the way to the bone).  Andrea has had a total of 7-9 surgeries in 10 days, and expecting more. Nurses have labeled her as "the miracle patient". Her medical bill is estimated to be well over $1 million, with many more months of therapy and rehab. She will not be able to work anymore, doing the jobs she loves- School Crossing Guard, Night Janitor. But she is expected to make full recovery, the family is seeking financial support, not only for Andrea (until she receives disability).

Andrea Sterling is in need of a vehicle. She is in need of financial support for her daughter, Mikala, the next few months...school clothing, school expenses, possibly food, utility at home, etc. If you've ever seen a single mom struggle to maintain, then seeing a sick, critically injured single mom try and maintain has to be the worse. So we've labeled her case as “Superwomom”. Because even in the hospital she's still fighting.
