This is your chance to win a 2020 Real Madrid jersey, donated and signed by Gareth Bale, and the entire La Liga 2019/20-winning team - OR a shirt from Serie A winners, Juventus, hand-signed by Cristiano Ronaldo and his team mates, and donated to us by Aaron Ramsey.
To be in with a chance of scoring one these superstar-signed league-winning jerseys, all you need to do is donate a minimum of £5 to this page and leave your full name and email address.
The more you donate, the more times you'll be entered into the draw: £10 gets you two entries; £20 four entries and so on - with all money raised going to the Go Fund Me of 5-year-old Jago Jones, who was diagnosed with fatal childhood cancer, DIPG, earlier this year.
The winners will be picked live on Facebook on Sunday 18th October at 7pm and posted on all of Jago's social media channels. The first name out of the hat will choose their preferred shirt and the remaining shirt will be won by the next name drawn.
Please enter, enter, enter, and help us spread the word so we can smash our target for Jago, who needs to raise funds for life-extending treatment.
Jago - twin brother to Imogen, and son of solo warrior mum Gabriele - received his devastating diagnosis at the beginning of lockdown in April 2020. DIPG is cancer of the brain stem - the body's superhighway - and it has an average life expectancy of just 8 months after diagnosis.
The disease is so rare it affects only 20-40 children in the UK each year, and as a result, the UK neither funds nor develops treatment for this killer disease - meaning Gabriele has been forced to seek out clinical trials in Europe, which come at a huge price.
Jago has now been accepted onto a trial but Gabriele needs to raise £450,000 to pay for it and give her little boy - and Imogen's beloved twin brother - a chance of a better, longer life.
So far, Team Jago's fundraising efforts have raised £75k – which has been enough to get Jago to Switzerland for the beginning of his treatment. However, they still have a HUGE mountain to climb. Please help us do all we can to spread the word about Jago and DIPG, and to boost his fundraising total, by sharing and entering this superstar-signed football shirts draw!
Thank you so much for your support - and good luck!
