Supermud's New Kiln Fund
Donation protected
For more than 30 years, Supermud Pottery has been a very special community, providing a safe environment in which our students can tap into their creative energy and experiment without judgment, while being encouraged and nurtured by teachers and friends. Some have even called it a free day of therapy!
Critical to Supermud’s studio are two electric kilns that have been running steadily for decades, forging the work that comes from our students’ hands and hearts into enduring form. But everything has its limits, and the other day an essential gauge in one of those kilns failed to shut it off. Sadly, the kiln, shelves and contents were damaged beyond repair.
We need your help to raise funds for a new electric kiln and kiln furniture that will be computerized and energy efficient. And we need to do this as quickly as possible since the remaining kiln can’t handle the volume of work produced by our students.
Any amount you can give is greatly appreciated, but we hope you’ll give as generously as you can. Please donate now.
And remember: You’re not just helping replace a vital piece of equipment; you’re investing in Supermud Pottery’s future and helping sustain its vibrant community.
Thank you so much!
