Have you met Super Zeke ? Zeke is 4.5 years old and has a very, very, very rare mitochondrial disease.  He also has mixed cerebral palsy, epilepsy, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, neuromuscular scoliosis, neuromuscular restrictive lung disease and has just come home from a grueling two weeks in the hospital recovering from what we thought would be minor surgeries.

Zeke has grown out of his old special needs activity chair.  We are raising money to replace the old, small chair with one that will fit his current needs, so that he has a safe place to sit and play that simultaneously supports his body and keeps him safe. 

Zeke needs this chair more than ever, as his recent diagnoses mean that he needs support for scoliosis, breathing issues, body positioning, and protection from falls. Insurance will not cover the cost of this chair.

We've gotten a quote from the medical provider and I have used that amount to set as our goal.  If there are any funds leftover, they will be used to pay for any other medical items not covered by insurance.
