Super Typhoon Rai victim relief
Donation protected
As of this writing, at least 375 lives have been lost to the latest typhoon to hit the Philippines. My name is Anthony Olvera, Founder & CEO of Outsource Plug , a remote staffing company based in Silicon Valley.
For the past six years, we've had the privilege of working with some of the most amazing people in the Philippines. As an organization, we are passionate about helping our Philippines team, but are maxing out our resources in doing what we can to provide relief for our team and their families. We are still in need of funds to help those who have been impacted the most.
The money will be used for the following reasons:
• Repairs to homes that have been damaged (lots of roofs have been torn off)
• Buying food, clean water, and other basic living essentials
• Buying generators so that families will have electricity while their island’s infrastructure is being rebuilt
• Paying for hotel and other accommodations
This Typhoon comes during one of the worst times of the year. While you and I are blessed with warm homes and are able to gather with our family during the holidays, many people in the Philippines are now homeless or have damaged homes with no electricity, clean water, food, and other basic living essentials.
We will be giving updates as this campaign goes on. We thank all of you with kind hearts who have given to this campaign financially or by sharing with your network.
