Super Mario's 2 for 1 Pizza & Wings (1016 King St. E)

Hi, my name is Jessica, the daughter of the owner of Super Mario's 2 for 1 Pizza & Wings.

For over 25 years, my parents have built a beloved pizza restaurant business, known for delivering high-quality food at affordable prices. Our customers, many of whom are loyal patrons, have considered them a community staple.

They are passionate about their work and want to continue serving the Hamilton community, offering pizza at affordable prices, especially during these tough economic times.

However, they have lost the opportunity to continue at their current location due to the landlord's decision to terminate their tenancy without reasonable cause. Unfortunately, at their age, they do not have the physical, emotional and financial means to relocate and rebuild Super Mario's 2 for 1 Pizza & Wings.

In order to protect and save their business as well as fight for their rights as commercial tenants, my parents have filed a lawsuit against the landlord. As lawsuits can be quite a lengthy and expensive process, we need your help.
