Super Hugs for Skyler & Angela Payne
Donation protected
In the universe, there are those rare souls, who make you laugh, who hug you, who cry with you, who love and support you. If you know Skyler and Angela, you know two of the best.

Also, in the universe, we sometimes fall into special circumstances that leave us crippled for a season. It's hard to say, but I think it's important you know:
Angela was hospitalized for nonepileptic seizures this past week. Although she has been discharged and staying with her mom, she is still experiencing sudden seizures. Doctors are giving conflicting views on how to treat her.
In the interim, she will be staying with her mom for the next 2-3 weeks and then on a 2-month medical leave of absence. Skyler has been doing his best to be a single dad with a young one and a child who has special needs and goes to a specific school with quite the commute. In that, he works part-time to do so. While on leave, Angela will be on half pay.
I don't know if I'm supposed to say all that, but realistically, financially, those ends are going to be challenging to meet. Honestly, they just need one less thing to worry about during an already extremely stressful and traumatic time.
I always feel weird about asking for money. But having been the recipient of a similar Gofundme when my husband's dad fell ill, I know it's the hope that keeps you afloat. Financial stress is no joke and when you are barely hanging on, having that one thing cared for - it afforded support that powered us through to the end. It was crucial and vital to the success of our journey at that time, and it's my hope to gift that to Angela & Skyler as Angela makes her way to recovery! But I can't do it without you.
There are several ways to help:
1. Pray for their family
2. Donate to this Gofundme
3. Take them a meal at https://takethemameal.com/JYDJ5766
Meals will go to Angela's mom's house for the next few weeks. After which, hopefully, Angela will be well enough to go home. To ease the transition, our support would be monumental!
Let us empower or friends in a season where they feel powerless and alone. I know they will be thankful for anything. More importantly, they will know they are not alone, and so very very loved.
Thank you.
