Emmie is our four year old superhero who has endured a lot in her short life.  She has Neurofibromatosis type 1 which has caused kyphosis (corrected with surgery at 21 months), scoliosis and now Moyamoya disease.  Emmie will travel to California in November to have an indirect bypass surgery to try and correct blood vessels that are closing on the left side of her brain.  

Traveling carries its own expense, but unexpected medical travel can add up.  We are seeking help with housing and our flights through charity organizations but will still need to cover our nursing infant's ticket, car rental and food while there.  

Emmie is spirited and filled with so much joy.  She loves her siblings, animals, princesses, and Minnie Mouse (Star Wars may be in there too)!  Thank you for helping us do all we can to make sure she can continue to love all these things.
