Super 6 for Heart ❤️ Heroes!

Earlier this year, we nearly lost this awesome human, and one of my lifelong best friends, Patrick kevin Collins, to a massive heart attack and then Pericarditis at only 46 years old, caused by unknown heart defects from birth.

After a quadruple heart bypass and months of rehab, Kev is well on the road to a full recovery!

At the beginning of 2024, Blue watch, Middlemoor, Exeter decided to challenge ourselves to RED January (Run Every Day), which I then decided to continue for the whole of 2024. This has helped me to prepare for this next challenge of running the 6 super half-marathons across Europe (Lisbon, Berlin, Copenhagen, Cardiff, Prague & Valencia) for Heart Heroes, a charity supporting children with heart defects.

A couple of the lads from the watch, Jack Drury and Austin Kiely, as well as my 2 brothers Chris & Josh Bray, will be doing it with me to drag me through. It won’t be fast or pretty but we will get there! Please give generously to help support this amazing charity! #loveyoubrother #heartheroes
