Sunshine Little League provides youth baseball in Southeast San Diego, to mostly children of color. Little League teachers sportsmanship, leadership, perseverance and healthy activity through the sport of baseball.
Our all-volunteer-run organization has been around for 64 years and we are struggling to survive the pandemic! Bills to maintain the fields don't cease even though kids can't play and no fundraisers are happening. And now our snack shacks and score booths have all been broken into and ransacked! We have thousands of dollars in stolen goods and needed repairs.
Please help us put the the doors and supplies back together so the kids can eventually get back to playing ball.
