Help us Spread the Sunshine in Kingston!

Started by a motivated group of students at Queen's University, Sunshine Celebrations is an organization dedicated to fundraising and providing subsidized birthday parties for families in need in Kingston. 
Many of us think of birthday parties from when we were younger as some of our fondest memories. This feeling inspires us to provide those memories to children in the community that has been so welcoming to all of us.  
Our services are completely free, and all not for profit, and we rely entirely on fundraising and generous donations from both sponsors and community members.  All donations will remain in the Kingston community and will go directly to parties and kits. 
This year, we are consciously aware of the impact that COVID-19 has had on so many families, both financially and emotionally. For this reason, our services are in demand now more than ever and we are reaching out to the community to support our COVID safe - at home birthday kits. These kits provide a meal, a cake, and personalized decorations for a child to have the best birthday possible. 
A donation of any size will make a tremendous difference in the life of a child, and allow us to keep spreading the sunshine in Kingston.
