Sun-Kissed Estates

Hi there! My name is Gervina Cherry and I am the proud founder of Sun-Kissed Estates. Sun-Kissed Estates is family owned and operated in the good ole North Carolina by individuals that love for the sun to kiss their skin to keep them warm and brown. We will be grafting biodynamic principles and permaculture farming techniques to optimize the health of the soil, the crops, and all surrounding being. Sun-Kissed Estates will have a variety of fruit trees, berries, grapes, vegetables, honey, and livestock. A community center will be built for both public and private events.

We are small in number, but big in vision. Our vision is to practice and teach how farming holistically improves the relationships between humans and nature which leads to spiritual freedom and an abundance of peace. Guest will be able to visit the farm for photo sessions with the huge field of sunflowers while also learning about our diverse ecosystem. Glamp sites will be set up for those wishing to have a luxury camping experience. An acre pond will also be set up to encourage the survival of pollinators, but also for a place of peace and serenity for our community to do yoga and become one with nature.

Sun-Kissed Estates has secured farm land in Gaston, NC via a land-lease contract. Funds donated to Sun-Kissed Estates will be used to gain complete ownership of the 20 acre property and tackle ground breaking projects such as installing electric, wells, irrigation, and septics. Once those projects are tackled, funds will be used for the construction of the community center, orchard tree planting, and vineyard setup.

In order to help this vision come into fruition, we are accepting seed offerings, and will soon be selling garden related items, indoor plants, and accessories via our website.
