Hello community, my name is Michelle "Shelley" Kind.

Our friend Melissa and her husband Michael and 2 dogs have been misplaced due to tree damage to their house.

Yes there is insurance, they will work on other resources as well.

Life/work balance has already been a challenge recently for Melissa dealing with some health issues, she is out of vacation pay. Clearly working for a bit is going to be a challenge while they deal with this.

Every little bit will help them get through until they can get settled into their new temporary housing until they can go back home.

Prayers are going out to everyone affected by this storm.
