Hi my name is Sunil, I have very recently been diagnosed with stage 5 chronic kidney disease, which has come as a huge shock to me.

Up until 4 months ago I was completely well and healthy and then all of a sudden I started to get blurred vision and a pounding headache.

After investigation which included scans and a kidney biopsy I was given this shocking diagnosis. I was informed it was due to raised blood pressure for which I had no symptoms. I will have to have haemodialysis and will need a kidney transplant in the very near future.

I cannot work due to the strain on my body.

I am just 40 years old and if I do not get this transplant I don't know how long I will last.

I have never been married or have children but I have a long term partner and we have been having a long distance relationship for many years. This year we were planning to move in together. I am asking for help towards living costs so I can stay as healthy as possible until I get to the transplant that I desperately need. Any help will be very much appreciated
