With the heaviest of broken hearts, we ask for your help to assist us through the sudden passing of Mike & Lisa’s mother, Sung Fox. Sung passed suddenly on June 22nd after experiencing a brain aneurysm. She collapsed while out grocery shopping and was taken to the hospital and put on life support. Mike and Lisa rushed to her side, facing the reality that their mother couldn’t breathe independently and needed to be taken off life support. They stood by her side until her heart’s final beat, bidding their final farewell.

Sung was a devoted mother, wife, and grandma who touched the lives of those around her through her family traditions. Her fiery and tenacious outlook on life shaped the character of Mike & Lisa, that will live on through her legacy. She loved cooking her signature Korean dishes like hot chicken and cucumber kimchi. She also loved to crochet and sent many of her creations to her grandchildren. She taught us to live authentically and care for our families.

Trevor, Ziggy & Bea will miss their “Asian Grandma.” We hoped to share more life experiences with her as our children grew. She was a firecracker with much life left, and her passing hit us all too soon. We want to give Sung the memorial she deserves and honor her request to be buried next to her husband, Loren Fox.

I am asking for donations to help cover the cost of Sung’s cremation, burial service, and our lost wages. We must raise $8,000 by August 1st to afford the funeral service.
