Sunday Morning: A Student Film

♰ Hi! We're a small group of students from Leeds making an experimental short film. "Sunday Morning" follows a young woman on a walk home after a night out. Throughout her journey, she is plagued by tainted memories of religion, sexual trauma and supposed guardians. As we follow our protagonist, we witness how this has shaped her view of herself and the world around her.

We aim to explore the impact of a purity culture, enforced by religion, on female sexuality and how this can breed shame into women from a young age.
