It’s with a heavy heart that I inform you that Sam has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure. He was at work last week and collapsed. After he was taken to the hospital we learned he had a heart attack, several strokes and has a large clot in his left ventricle. A normal heart functions at 60%, Sam is functioning at 19%, putting him at risk of sudden cardiac death.

 

Given his condition, he unfortunately is unable to perform physical activities and will no longer be able to provide lawn services, at this time.

 

We hope to get him well so he can be in condition to return to work next season. Sam has enjoyed providing services for the last 25 years!

 

This is a very difficult time for our family, especially our four children, and your support to help with ongoing medical costs is greatly appreciated.
