Trailer, Van Repair & Equipment

For nearly a decade now we've had the privilege to be a part of this ministry known as Summerhill; leading worship for events spread out all over the country. We've been incredibly fortunate to be a small part of a huge movement of God and have witnessed thousands of teenagers come to know Christ through the life changing power of the Gospel! We are so grateful for the years, moments and experiences we've shared together as well as the relationships we've made during this time and we are excited for the future of this ministry.

We are seeking kingdom minded, financial parters to help move us into the next chapter of our ministry. The needs we have are largely transportation based; the biggest being a covered cargo trailer. The first years of our time together we were very fortunate to have a church (FLBC - Sheridan) that allowed us use of their trailer when we had events lined out. We then moved to renting a u-haul for each opportunity. The last 2 years we've been borrowing our sound engineer, Zack Harrison's trailer. But all the years and thousands of miles of travel have taken it's toll. Not to mention with the growth of our ministry, the 5'x8' trailer is just a little too small to meet our needs. We've never owned our own trailer and believe now is the time to make the purchase. We've priced some really great trailers that fit our needs and are made to withstand the heavy amount of travel that we will be doing for years to come. So we are seeking to purchase a 6'x12' trailer which we believe would cost us approximately $3,000.

The other needs that we have regarding transportation involve our passenger van. New tires our the biggest priority. After researching the costs and labor in our area, we believe we are looking at approx. $700 for 4 fresh tires. We also have a suspension issue that needs to be worked on and as well as some other routine maintenance needs. We'd be looking at approx. $300 to address all of these issues. 

Our final needs fall into the musical equipment category. We are need of an additional digital snake that allows us to run our instruments into inputs from the stage all the way to the sound board using a single cable. The digital snake that is compatible with our sound board is a Behringer S16. They are currently priced at $700. With this we would also need to purchase an OSP Road Tour Flight Case to transport our digital snake and other effect mounts safely in the trailer to the events that we will be involved in. These road cases are currently priced at $150. 

All in all, these purchases would bring our grand total of needs to just under $5,000. We currently have close to $1,000 of our own funds that we want to put towards all of these needs. We are then looking for gospel driven, kingdom minded people who would be willing to come along side of us to make this happen. The more money that we can raise allows us to go further and do more with our ministry. All of the things that we need will be used to take the gospel message of Jesus to those who desperately need to hear it. We get to use the powerful tool of music to sing truth of that message over people. Having partners like you would be a tremendous blessing for the cause!

We will be leaving for California at the end of May to lead worship for events at Pondo Christian Camp in Running Springs and at City Reach in Anaheim this summer. We also have a really incredible opportunity to be a part of one of the biggest Christian music festivals in the country, when we lead worship at Amplify Music Festival in Benton, AR in August. We would absolutely be thrilled to have all of these needs covered and in place before we make these trips. So we are running this campaign for the next 15 days believing that this can happen!
