Summer Training in Torremolinos

Sandwell Diving Club are travelling out to Torremolinos, Spain to help prepare their divers for the new season. They will be out in Spain completing 7 training sessions, with the focus being on, form, fitness as well as technique on the basics and preparing them for a full season ahead.

We would appreciate any contributions you may be able to give and this will enable as many divers to come and benefit from this fantastic opportunity that has been organised.
