Summer was a beautiful,gentle soul who left us way to early at the young age of 20.
Her loss is felt so heavily by all who were lucky enough to meet her. Nobody expects to lose
someone so young. Summer's son Cato, will now have an angel in heaven watching over him. Summer is doing the last thing she can do before she passes away. The most unselfish thing anyone can do, and that is to donate her organs to those who are in need.
