Summer and Rodney Boutwell

Summer and Rodney have been through ALOT this past year with losing their precious Hannah Faith,  Summers life threatening gallbladder attack and surgery right after, and now another traumatic experience that has effected their health  leaving Summer in a very fragile state medically. They were on a Cruise that had ported  in Cozumel where they were in a MAJOR Moped accident where they missed a telephone pole by INCHES! They both have said numerous times they were supposed to die BUT God didn't let that happen! They both have injuries and are in a Hospital in Cozumel. This has been a nightmare for them on so many levels! Rodney has a broken foot that requires surgery he is waiting until they get home to address his issues. He is in a wheelchair. Summer has a fractured vertebrae which they did surgery Saturday on. This took 7 LONG hours. She should have been up moving and walking 24 hours after but she had a major reaction to a medication Haldol that they gave her way too much of causing her to have severe muscle spasms and seizure like convulsions that were VERY hard on her all while being heavily sedated to the point I feel she wasn't able to express what she needed to. They finally gave her something to reverse the effects of all the meds they had given her but it has taken time to get all of it out of her system. It's been a LONG scary and stressful  6 days  BUT God is in control and Faithful! We are claiming complete Healing in Jesus Name. As you can imagine this is going to end up costing them ALOT! The hospital was not wanting to accept their insurance and only would accept a credit card! We are still not sure what the status is on this.  Financially they have been hit several times over the last year and now this. If for some reason they have to get her out of there before being able to make normal flight arrangements it will cost over $20,000 to med flight her home! We are praying this doesn't have to happen!  They have no idea I'm doing this and I'm sure would never even think about doing this but I'm taking it upon myself after several people have suggested it to create this page and just ask our Friends and Family to share it with their friends through Facebook, email, text, whatever social media you use.
